NMKC
NMKC's packaging was failing in production — peeling, cracking, and creating costly delays. We rebuilt the entire system from the ground up so it could finally go to market reliably.

When packaging fails, everything stops.

Challenge

Fixing critical production failures.

NMKC had a product ready to go — but their packaging kept failing before it could get there. UV-gloss bags were peeling and cracking in production, creating reprints, delays, and mounting frustration. The brand direction was solid, but the system underneath it wasn't built for real-world production demands. We came in and rebuilt it from scratch — not just fixing what was broken, but engineering a packaging structure that could hold up across every print run, every SKU, every time."

Results

Production-ready. Finally.

We rebuilt the NMKC packaging on a holographic film substrate with controlled white-ink underlays — a system engineered for consistency, not just aesthetics. Every stage of prepress was managed in-house: ink sequencing, knockout zones, holographic calibration, and vendor alignment. The result is a line that prints predictably, ships confidently, and won't let production be the reason a launch gets delayed. For a founder going to market, that's not a nice-to-have — it's the whole game.
