Before Spectra, I spent nine years in the oil fields managing a multi-million dollar R&D district. It taught me how to think in systems, perform under pressure, and never lose sight of the bigger picture.
But I'd always been drawn to the creative side — it started with product photography. Something about the discipline of it hooked me. You have one frame, a few inches, a split second to make someone stop and reach. That obsession with visual economy is what led me deeper — into packaging, branding, web, motion, and growth. One skill built on the next until I'd assembled something I actually wanted to do every day.
